Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for presentations and demonstrations of product and solutions to customers, highlighting the core value proposition of the product/ solutions. Respond to technical questions about the product
Responsible for comprehending customer requirements both stated and unstated in order to help the customer differentiate between must have requirements and good to have requirements
Responsible for educating the customer on how their requirements can be fulfilled using our product
Effectively collaborate with the product team on the customer requirements, the customisations that are required and estimate the time needed to deploy the product based on the requirements
Responsible for development of formal sales proposal and differentiate product offerings at a technical level from the competition
Responsible for responding to customer RFI and RFPs within stated timelines
Compare product offering at a technical level with competitive products and proactively suggest to the senior management and product team on process and product improvement
Liaise with the product team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise
Responsible for interfacing between the product team and customer while integrating systems and to ensure seamless project delivery
Job Requirements:
Candidate should be committed and extremely deadline focused. It is expected that the candidate will go beyond defined roles and contribute to growing the company’s business
Knowledge on the lending domain
Strong understanding of broader information technology concepts. Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles such as Waterfall, Agile etc
Must be a self-starter with solid follow-through, multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Strong client relationship, negotiation skills and setting expectations
Should be able to work in a team and work independently
Excellent Communication Skills – verbal and written. When required should be able to explain to the customer in simple terminology on how the product works
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
